Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

 

½ cup LIFEPLUS Vanilla

½ cup Blackberries fresh or frozen

3 ice cubes

 

 

Preparation:

In a blender, beat the LIFEPLUS with blackberries until a homogeneous texture.

Add the ice and blend again until the smoothie texture (with small pieces of ice).

Serve immediately.

Variations: Use raspberry pulp or red fruits.
